Terms and Conditions for Birdtalk Bird Boarding

 


1. General Agreement
By boarding your bird(s) at Birdtalk Bird Boarding, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


2. Health and Vaccinations
All birds must be in good health and free from any contagious diseases.
We recommend a recent health certificate from a certified avian veterinarian.
Birds must be vaccinated for common avian diseases as per your vet's recommendation.


3. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are required and can be made through our website or by phone.
A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.
Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to the deposit amount.


4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are 10-12 AM or by prior arrangement.
Please bring your bird in a suitable travel cage. Small birds can stay in their own cage if small enough to transport.


5. Feeding and Care
We provide a nutritious diet tailored to each bird species. If your bird has specific dietary needs, please provide detailed instructions and any special food.
Birds will have access to clean water at all times.
We will follow any specific care instructions provided on the online booking form.


6. Environment and Safety
Our facility maintains a clean, quiet, and safe environment with appropriate heating, cooling, and sunlight.
Birds will be housed in suitable cages that meet their specific needs.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all boarded birds.


7. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you and your designated veterinarian immediately.
If you cannot be reached, we will take your bird to the nearest avian veterinarian for treatment.
All veterinary costs incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the bird owner.


8. Behavioral Issues
Please inform us of any known behavioral issues or special needs your bird may have.
We reserve the right to refuse boarding services to birds that pose a danger to themselves or others.


9. Owner Responsibilities
Owners must provide up-to-date contact information and emergency contact details.
Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their bird to the facility or to other birds.


10. Liability
Birdtalk Bird Boarding is not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss of the bird(s) during their stay, provided that all reasonable care and precautions have been taken.Owners agree to indemnify and hold Birdtalk Bird Boarding harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the boarding of their bird(s).


11. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of check-out.
We accept credit card and PayID.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay will be added to the final bill.

Payment must be paid before taking the bird home. If payment is not made at the time of discharge The Bird owner authorises Birdtalk to deduct the balance from their credit card at the time of discharging the bird.


12. Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing bird boarding services and will not be shared with third parties.


13. Agreement Acceptance
By booking using our online booking system, and boarding your bird(s) with Birdtalk Bird Boarding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
